As a small business, SDA has concentrated on specialized Production Support Equipment, typically building one or two systems to meet specific customer requirements.  We entered this niche market based on a strong foundation in military test equipment design and development.  Tektronix selected SDA as a test equipment development partner and SDA has partnered with Hewlett Packard on projects and proposals. SDA personnel have the capability to develop requirements and design equipment from the ground up or integrate commercial test equipment based on customer defined requirements.  Examples of SDA developed Production Support Equipment for military applications include a nuclear arming system power supply test station.  Commercial developments cover the range from a twin turbine engine controller automated test station, a dishwasher quality audit system, and a TV picture tube glass sealing control system.
